Fabrix Managing Partner Clive Nichol joined the esteemed panel of judges for this year’s Pineapples Awards.

Organised by The Developer and Festival of Place, in partnership with Design Council, The Pineapples celebrate innovation and excellence in placemaking.

The awards are closely aligned to our approach at Fabrix, placing a keen focus on the environmental and social impact of each project.

And unusually, all shortlisted developments and initiatives are presented live to the judges – across three days of the Festival of Pineapples, which took place in the middle of April.
