Fabrix are proud to have won ‘Newcomer of the Year 2020’ at the 2020 Property Awards.

The Property Awards, a Property Week event, are the UK’s leading and most prestigious annual awards dedicated to the full spectrum of the commercial property industry.

‘Three years from launch, Fabrix Capital set up 2 successful funds, Fabrix i1 and Fabrix 12. The former significantly exceeded its intended target and the latter, launched with £11m in seed funding, soon reached its minimum raise target of £25m. The group has since raised a further £75m, with the fund now oversubscribed due to high demand. The judging panel highlighted Fabrix’s “impressive submission” and praised it for making a real impact on repositioning and repurposing buildings. One judge summed up the group as “community-focused and and impressively punching above its weight”.
