We are absolutely delighted to have been recognised as Developer of the Year at the 2022 Property Awards. It’s a testament to the hard work of the entire Fabrix team and all of our collaborators.

It is not an accolade we take lightly – we strive to do development differently and create amazing, pioneering and sustainable places that address the needs of both people and planet. We regard this award as a responsibility to keep doing just that.

It was a bumper night as we also picked up Best Health and Wellbeing Initiative and Highly Commended for Social Impact Initiative.
