The Billiard Factory

The Billiard Factory hosted the Islington Food Partnership in July for an engagement event for Islington-based businesses with an interest in food and sustainability.

A host of local organisations and community partners came together to workshop ideas on embedding a truly nation-leading approach to Islington’s food system. They came away with advice on reducing food waste and energy costs and a host of other initiatives aimed at creating a sustainable local food economy.

Islington Food Partnership is a broad coalition of local organisations and individuals working together to develop an ambitious and sustainable food network for the borough.
