Founded in 2016, Fabrix is a property investment and development business, specialising in bringing value to underutilised and overlooked urban spaces. Through a fresh approach to finance, technology, and architecture, Fabrix is pioneering a highly flexible model of urban development.

We combine the highest standards of design and environmental performance to create healthy, desirable spaces that are future proofed for the ever-changing urban landscape.

Our broad and flexible capital base is made up of fund, private client and co-investment mandates.

Our Team

We are a diverse team with private equity, consultancy and fund management backgrounds. However, what makes us special is our one-team mentality and uncompromising desire to make meaningful lasting impact in everything we do.

Chief Executive Officer

Clive is the founder of Fabrix and is responsible for maintaining and driving strategy and execution.

Prior to Fabrix, he held positions as Head of Investment at a European Private Equity business, Fund Manager at Canada Life and Asset Manager at Telereal Trillium.

Clive holds a certificate in Property Investment from the University of Cambridge and a degree in Estate Management. He is a professional member of the RICS and a member of the IPF.

Director

Louis is a member of the founding team at Fabrix. He is responsible for driving the investment and asset management strategies for the company.

Prior to Fabrix, he was an Investment Manager alongside Clive launching and delivering investment strategies across the UK and Europe.

Louis holds a degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.

Finance Director

Colin is part of the corporate team responsible for fund management, capital structuring and accounting activities.

Prior to Fabrix, he was at Canada Life Investments managing a real estate debt portfolio of £1.5bn.  He has also worked at Lloyds Banking Group and Bank of Scotland.

Colin holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Glasgow and is a member of the ICAS.

Senior Investment Manager

Josh is responsible for investment and development acquisitions and analysis.

Prior to Fabrix, he was part of the investment team at a European Private Equity business and was responsible for underwriting of acquisitions across UK and Europe.

Josh holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. He also holds a degree in Business from the University of Surrey.

Investment Manager

Hannah is part of the investment team responsible for analysing new investment and development opportunities.

Prior to Fabrix, she worked in the London commercial development team at Savills.

Hannah holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and is a professional member of the RICS.

Investment Manager

Morgan is part of the investment team responsible for execution of new investment and development opportunities.

Prior to Fabrix, he held positions within the real estate consulting and real estate development teams at Deloitte.

Morgan holds a master’s degree in Real Estate from Henley Business School and a degree in Geography & Business from the University of Nottingham. He is also a professional member of the RICS.

Office Manager

Phyllida is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day office activities.

Prior to Fabrix, she worked as a Recruitment Consultant within a small, financial-focused agency and prior also held positions as marketing assistant for a multi-brand fashion showroom, and a social media consultant for a pop-up hospitality brand.

Phyllida holds a degree in Journalism, Culture and Communications from Leeds Metropolitan University.

Executive Assistant

Carla is the Executive Assistant to the management team.

Prior to Fabrix, she has provided support to C-level executives across several different industries including advertising, technology and real estate.

Carla has over 15 years in management and assistant roles.

Development Controller

Richard is responsible for overseeing delivery of large-scale development at Fabrix.

Richard has spent most of his career working for large property companies both in the UK and overseas, including holding senior executive positions with British Land and ITV plc. He has a passion for sustainable development helping project teams maximise opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of schemes.

Richard holds an MBA from Herriot Watt University.

Development Assistant

Francisca is part of the development team responsible for the vision and delivery of projects.

Prior to Fabrix, she held positions at Vastint Group in Amsterdam, Bjarke Ingels Group in Copenhagen and Chipperfield in London.

Francisca holds degrees in Architecture from the University of Cambridge and Technische Universiteit Delft.

 

Development Manager

Max is part of the team responsible for delivering projects.

Prior to Fabrix he worked for 7 years as a consultant Project Manager on a range of mixed-use development schemes in and around London.

Max holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and is a professional member of the RICS.

Development Manager

Meg is responsible for the vision and delivery of projects.

Prior to Fabrix, Meg worked at Lendlease as a development manager for several large, mixed use regeneration projects across London.

Meg holds a degree in International Management and French from the University of Bath, a masters in Real Estate from the University of Reading and is a professional member of the RICS.

 

Development Controller

Alistair is responsible for overseeing delivery of large-scale development at Fabrix.

He has over 30 years’ experience delivering major commercial and residential schemes across London and Europe. Prior to Fabrix Alistair held previous senior positions delivering world-class projects with British Land, DMP and Gardiner & Theobald.

Alistair holds a master’s in Engineering from the University of Leeds.

 

Development Manager

Bronwyn is part of the development team responsible for the vision and delivery of projects.

Prior to Fabrix, she worked in the London Residential Development team at Savills, advising on residential-led projects across London.

Bronwyn holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and is a professional member of the RICS.

Corporate Investment Manager

Tom is part of the corporate team responsible for managing corporate investments, fund management and accounting activities.

Prior to Fabrix, he was a Fund Administrator at Langham Hall Fund Management and has held various other finance related roles.

Tom holds a degree in International Business Management from Cardiff University as well as a Diploma in Offshore Fund Administration.

Finance Analyst

Bhavisha is part of the corporate team responsible for fund management and accounting activities.

Prior to Fabrix, she was part of the finance and development team at Brookfield Asset Management and CBRE’s property management team.

Bhavisha holds a degree in Law from the University of Hertfordshire.

Corporate Investment Manager

Matt is part of the corporate team responsible for fund management, corporate investment and capital structuring activities.

Prior to Fabrix, he was a Senior Analyst at private equity firm Coller Capital, and previously spent five years at Deloitte within the Equity Capital Markets group working with high growth media and technology companies.

Matt holds a degree in Mathematics from Durham University and is a member of the ICAEW.

Hospitality & ESG Delivery

Chris is part of the team responsible for developing and managing operational assets as well as leading cultural and community-led events.

Prior to Fabrix, he held positions at Allpress Espresso as Business Development, Technical, Training and Operations Manager, and General Manager at Beach House Restaurant.

Chris holds a Certificate in Hospitality and Music Performance from the Gordon Institute of TAFE.

Personal Assistant

Flora is the Personal Assistant to the wider team responsible for ensuring administrative support.

Prior to Fabrix, she worked as a Team Assistant for the Lettings Team in the Residential Mayfair Office at Savills.

Flora holds a degree in History of Art from Oxford Brookes University

Senior Asset Manager

Rich is responsible for driving value in the existing portfolio through asset management and leasing.

Prior to Fabrix, Rich worked in the Asset Management team at Derwent London, focusing on Central London.

Rich holds a degree in Real Estate from Reading University and is a member of the RICS.

Senior Development Manager

Paul is part of the development team responsible for the vision and delivery of projects.

Prior to Fabrix, he was an Associate at Savills within the London commercial development team.

Paul holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Cambridge and is a professional member of the RICS.

Design Manager

Chris is responsible for designing and delivering hospitality offerings and providing creative input into branding and design language across various projects.

Specialising in designing unique hospitality spaces for both public and private use he has delivered a wide range of projects including Margate’s Dreamland as Creative Director.

Chris holds a master’s degree in Production Design from Central Saint Martins and a degree in Interior Architecture from Kingston University.

 

Art & Photography Coordinator

Chesca is responsible for managing art and photography-related projects across all Fabrix assets, and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day office activities.

Prior to Fabrix she worked as Production Coordinator at Uganda Press Photo Award in Kampala. Previously, she interned as a photographer at an Italian news platform in the Netherlands.

Francesca holds a degree in English Literature from University of Bristol and a master’s degree in Film and Photographic Studies from Leiden University in the Netherlands.
