This winners of this year’s Evening Standard New Homes Awards were announced at The Dorchester at the end of September, and Fabrix Director Debbie Whitfield was one of the four jurors with the tough but rewarding task of selecting them.

Debbie joined Charles Bettes, Managing Director of GPAD, Andrew Whiting, Founder and Principal of Hut Architecture and Ben Lampert, Development Director of Artform Group, on the jury.
All schemes on the shortlist were visited in person by the judges, from Highbury to Hastings.
