We were honoured to have renowned activist and thinker Satish Kumar as our first speaker in our new Talks at Atelier Gardens programme in Berlin.

Founder of the Resurgence Trust and close friend of Atelier Gardens, Satish presented his guiding trinity for life in our cities ‘Celebrating Soil, Soul, Society’, a philosophy which underpins our work across the campus.

An audience of close to 100 joined us to hear how this ethos grew out of Satish’s life-long experience as a peace and environmental activist, how it can be applied to an urban context, and how it is already being put into action at Atelier Gardens.
