WOW – the world’s Best Urban Regeneration Project and Best New Development! Not one, but two, Fabrix projects have been recognised in the MIPIM Awards 2023.

Atelier Gardens in Berlin was named Best Urban Regeneration Project and Roots in the Sky – the only London project amongst the 12 winning schemes – Best New Development.

We are over the moon. These are global awards celebrating the industry’s most visionary, sustainable and useful projects. The competition was next-level. And the experience and knowledge of the international jury off the chart.

Our intention from the outset was for both these projects to be totally transformative, united by their focus on the communities we’re building them for and with.
