The Binary

Better Bankside is a Business Improvement District which works to make Bankside a thriving place to work, live and visit.

Better Bankside held a lunchtime drawing class in the Binary Yard for those working or living in Bankside. The session was an introduction to a variety of fun drawing techniques led by an Art Academy teacher. Using charcoal, pencil and pastel we took inspiration from the garden and objects inside it.

As more people start to spend time in their Bankside workplaces, Better Bankside are piloting some small scale events to help Banksiders reconnect. Their micro-gatherings are designed to comply with latest government guidance to ensure everyone’s safety and at the same time to enjoy being creative.
